Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged/faulty product(s), please notify us in writing or via email within 7 days to manager@mediskin.ie.  You must supply a photo of the damage to the product and packaging for us to be able to replace or refund the item. If this picture is not supplied, we cannot replace or refund the damaged item. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund of the monies already paid upon return of the original item. In the event of receiving a faulty item, please keep the faulty item as we will need to collect the item to send it back to the manufacturer.

Incorrect Product

In the rare incident that the wrong product has been delivered we will dispatch the correct product or if the original product is no longer required we will offer a full refund, upon receipt of the item that was delivered in error. It is the customers responsibility to check your order on receipt and any errors must be reported to manager@mediskin.ie within 7 days receiving your order in order for any issue to be rectified. Please note that if the incorrect product is opened or used the product cannot be returned to us.

Gift Cards & Vouchers
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
