If it is your first time with us or you're unsure which skin treatment to book, we recommend starting with a professional skin consultation or a bespoke facial and we can customise the treatment to you.

Please shave the treatment area 24 hours before, avoid sun exposure or fake tan for at least a week, and do not wax or pluck hairs 4 weeks prior.

Downtime is usually minimal. You may experience redness and mild flaking for 1–3 days depending on the treatment depth. We provide full aftercare guidance to support healing.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we’ll be happy to help.
