When I first went to take part in AromaTouch Technique training I had no idea what it was really about. I knew it was using essential oils and I wanted to learn more about it and I love updating and upskilling so it was a easy decision for me.

So what is AromaTouch and why am I so excited to tell you all about it?!
AromaTouch was developed by Dr Hill who is a leading expert in essential oils and the use of these oil for medicinal benefit.
The technique was developed to help care for the body as a whole, Dr Hill’s experience as a physician helped him to understand clients needs and how to best achieve his goals using essential oils.
He recognised the most common factor for a lot of illness was a stressed, toxic and inflammed system.
AromaTouch can help with a lot of ailments from head tension to back discomfort and even mental strain.
How do oils help?
Essential oils contain many different healing properties and each oil that is used in the AromaTouch Technique has been selected for it’s aromatic benefits and its ability to aid the body in returning to homeostasis.
