I got married on the 29th of December 2017. Rewind back a year prior to this and my skin had broken out quite badly around my chin area.
I’ve suffered from hormonal acne throughout my teenage years and early 20’s. It would come and go- half the year my skin would be clear and the other half i’d suffer from outbreaks. My late 20’s saw an improvement in my skin and then right around the time I got engaged, my skin broke out again.
The one thing I always dreaded was to suffer from a break out on my wedding day. So I contacted Mediskin for a free consultation and it was the best thing I ever did.
Treatment wise, I did a course of Chemical Peels
followed by 3 IPL Skin Rejuvenation facials
. The pigmentation under my eyes was zapped twice using an intense laser. Two days before my wedding I had the Intraceuticals Oxygen Infusion
Facial. This was amazing. I also had a full body scrub to prep my skin before a full body Spray Tan. My 4 bridesmaids and my Mam also had their tans done.
I absolutely loved my experience in Mediskin. I am breakout free for a considerable amount of time now and I cannot thank you enough. x
My bridal preparation with Geraldine and the team at Mediskin involved regular treatments in the six months prior to my wedding – Geraldine always tailored treatments to exactly suit my needs and I also did a course of colonic irrigation treatments
which I found very beneficial.
My skincare routine at home was very important also. When the big day arrived, I can honestly say my skin was never in such great condition and the confidence it gave me was just amazing. The week of the wedding, the team at Mediskin took such great care of my bridal party, including my mum and aunt. All of our tans
were flawless and looked so golden and natural on the day. Over the honeymoon, my tan faded perfectly, never leaving any streaks etc.
I could not recommend Mediskin enough for skin-care prep in the build up to the big day. It really was one of the most enjoyable aspects of getting prepared for the wedding! Thanks again to Geraldine and her brilliant team xx
