Homemade Falafel  -

Fab recipe for some simple homemade Falafels. I make a batch of these for my lunch and they freeze really well too. 


1 onion

1 clove of garlic

I can of chickpeas

2 small carrots 

1 tsp of cumin

1 tsp coriander

1 egg

2 slices of whole meal bread

How to:

Fry off the onion and garlic on a low heat to soften. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend together. Add the onion and garlic. Use some coconut oil to line a sheet of tin foil. Roll out the mixture into small balls. You should have enough for 9 falafels. 

Pop in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 15-20 mins.
